This eleven-day private Morocco journey combines imperial heritage, ancient medinas, mountain landscapes, Sahara experiences and the dramatic valleys of southern Morocco.

Discover Rabat and Fes before crossing the Middle Atlas Mountains toward Merzouga, where two nights allow you to experience both the desert region and a luxury Sahara camp.

Continue through Todgha Gorge to the Dades Valley for a dedicated hiking day, then follow the Road of 1,000 Kasbahs through Skoura and Ouarzazate before crossing the High Atlas to Marrakech.

Welcome to Morocco. Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, meet your private driver and begin your journey.

Depending on your arrival time, discover Casablanca’s highlights, including the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, the Corniche and the city’s distinctive Atlantic atmosphere.

Continue to Rabat, Morocco’s elegant capital. Settle into your traditional riad or hotel and enjoy a relaxed first evening.

After breakfast, discover the highlights of Rabat.

Visit the Hassan Tower and Mohammed V Mausoleum, then explore the atmospheric Kasbah of the Oudayas and the historic Medina.

Continue east through the Moroccan countryside toward Fes, passing traditional villages and changing landscapes.

Arrive in Fes and settle into your traditional riad in or near the ancient Medina.

Pass through cedar forests and mountain villages before continuing toward Midelt and the dramatic landscapes of the Ziz Valley.

Travel through palm-filled oases and desert landscapes as you approach Merzouga and the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Arrive at your desert accommodation and enjoy your first evening surrounded by the Sahara.

Wake early for the spectacular Sahara sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes.

After breakfast, explore the desert region around Merzouga. Visit Khamlia, known for its Gnawa music and cultural heritage, and discover surrounding desert villages and oases.

Continue to Rissani, the historic trading town connected to the ancient caravan routes of southern Morocco.

Return to Merzouga and enjoy a relaxed afternoon before your camel experience.

As the sun begins to set, take a camel trek across the dunes before reaching your desert camp for dinner and traditional music beneath the stars.

Leave the Sahara behind and continue west through the changing landscapes of southeastern Morocco.

Travel toward Tinghir and the spectacular Todgha Gorge, where enormous limestone cliffs rise above the palm-filled valley.

Enjoy a walk through the gorge before continuing through the oasis toward the Dades Valley.

Arrive in the Dades region and settle into your accommodation surrounded by dramatic rock formations and traditional kasbahs.

Today is dedicated entirely to the spectacular Dades Valley.

After breakfast, begin a guided hike through the valley and surrounding landscapes. Walk through cultivated fields, traditional villages and dramatic rock formations.

Continue toward the famous Monkey Fingers, where unusual sandstone formations have been shaped by nature over thousands of years.

Enjoy the opportunity to meet local people and discover the traditional way of life of the Dades Valley.

Depending on your preferred level of walking, the hike can be adapted from a gentler valley walk to a more active mountain route.

Continue to Skoura, a beautiful palm oasis surrounded by historic kasbahs. Discover the oasis and its traditional architecture before continuing toward Ouarzazate.

In Ouarzazate, discover the historic Kasbah Taourirt and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the city.

Continue through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass and passing traditional Amazigh villages.

Arrive in Marrakech and settle into your traditional riad.
