Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed after the agreed deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been provided by Mythic Morocco Tours.

Prices may vary according to the season, number of travelers, accommodation, itinerary and requested experiences.

Payment conditions will always be communicated before confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing by email or WhatsApp.

Refunds depend on the cancellation date and any costs already committed for your journey. Some accommodation, transport, guides, activities or other services may become non-refundable once confirmed.

Any specific cancellation conditions provided with your booking will apply to your journey.

Itinerary Changes

Morocco travel sometimes requires flexibility. Weather, road conditions, safety concerns, closures or other circumstances may require changes to the itinerary.

When this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative while protecting the safety and overall quality of your journey.

Changes requested by the traveler after confirmation may also result in additional costs.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas and other required travel documents, as well as appropriate travel insurance.

Please inform us before travel about any important dietary, mobility or special requirements that may affect your arrangements.

Travelers are also expected to respect Moroccan laws, local customs and safety instructions provided by guides or service providers.

Third-Party Services & Liability

Some services may be provided by independent hotels, riads, desert camps, guides, restaurants or activity providers.

Mythic Morocco Tours takes reasonable care when organizing your journey. However, circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control may affect travel arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
